Software components

It includes three types of Software applications for handling, management and control of information:

1. Alba-Dealer Tool

This is a Software tool to Configure and Calibrate the system as much as verification of the correct functioning and necessary adjustments of the installation. It also allows the dealer-installer show its customer the potential capabilities of the Albatross system and the capabilities of the NMEA2000® standard on recreational boats.

It can be carried out on a standard PC with Windows XP operative system or superior.

2. Albatross On-Board

It is a Software application aimed to the Management and Control of Security On Board functions. This software is available through CPU denominated Alba-CPU which guarantees the stability, reliability, tolerance to errors and robustness of installation of the Albaross On Board software. The interconnection to the BUS is carried out through a GW USB-NMEA2000®.

It provides the following functions:

Centralized and personalized Monitoring and Visualization of parameters from the different devices on board
Monitored Alarms
Information history

3. Albatross On-Line Services

The Albatross On-Line Services offer to the user the opportunity to know the valuable information for the security on board no matter where he is. The remote control onshore allows to increase the security levels and confort and enables the user to be reassured that the vessel is safe and to facilitate a quick recovery when a security breach has been detected. Albatross On Line grants the user the peace of mind whenever he is away from the vessel and helps him to enjoy and optimize the navigation time.
